I'm a couple of days late getting my weekly weigh in posted. Just got back from spending a few days with my sweet Momma. I am happy with the results of my 3 days of liquid fasting. Haven't decided if I will give it a try again this week, or wait awhile. Kind of depends on what all else is going on. Haven't gotten back into my home routine again yet. Hope all my buddies have been doing well.
