This 0.8kg drop brings my weight down to 100.4kg :D
I'm happy to be in the lower 100kg range :D So close to double digit weight again :D :P :)

My Thursday eating was really big and I enjoyed it! I'll try to keep my weekend as a good one and enforce some discipline. Maybe keep carbs to under 100g on Sunday :)
