Day off today. Gonna spend it cleaning out the kitchen (too many temptations) and some meal prep. Gonna hit the store for some veggies and chicken breast and lets see what I come up with. Im thinking chicken breast with salsa verde and pepper jack cheese on top and then for the of the week maybe some Mediterranean chicken. Thats always good for salads and wraps. Gonna fry more bacon and boil more eggs. Gotta be prepared. Fiber Fiber Fiber is the goal today. Im also on the hunt for a good probiotic ...Im skipping my lifting at gym today in order to get my chores done and will just switch todays work out with tomorrow (Friday is cardio on the treadmill) and Ill hit that later today bc I need some me time this morning.The kid bought me an iphone and I have no clue how to use so we are gonna go hook it up and then buy some pet supplies for everyone, 3 cats, a fish and a leopard gecko. Today is love myself day.. Do the same on your end! Have a good one.
