I haven't been finding it too much of a struggle to eat well, and am sticking very well to my healthy eating plan. Not counting calories but the rule is: 3 diet meals a day and 2 snacks from my determined OK list. I have been feeling hungry a lot so a bit disappointed but it IS the week in my monthly cycle that I traditionally don't lose any weight, so hopefully next week's weigh-in will be better.
Doing very little exercise, so need to improve that, and need to find out why my legs hurt so much.
