Idiot box just stares back at me. This is why I usually record my weight once a week. My body seems to move in fits and starts, kind of like an old jalopy sputtering along. I backfire a lot too! Hope my buddies had a great day, mine was busy!

I did a challenge in the summer that involved daily logging off weight, and afterwards vowed 'never again'. It's good when you start losing to record daily, as it helps you understand what the ups and downs are about, but after a time it just gets irritating!
