Had a pretty good week on eating less and exercising more. Weight loss would have been more, but Mike made fajitas for dinner last night, using a bought spice mix which contains salt, so despite being good on calories yesterday, there was a water gain. Oh well, it should come off during the next few days! I'm still feeling committed to losing some weight before Christmas, and happy that my knees are coping with the extra exercise. Going on holiday on Saturday, and will do a weigh-in before I go. I hope I can lose a little while I'm away!
