I gained two pounds. That makes sense. School stress and time commitments are beyond my capacity. According to my calendar, I went from working out every day, to working out 3-4 times a week, to hoping I can fit in 1 workout in the week. Plus I feel hungry and thirst all the time, which means my diet is less than good.
But! Sine I do my body fat numbers, I saw that I gained one pound of lean mass! That is definitely a good thing! That's probably because I am making sure that my one workout includes cardio, not just strength training. Even though things are difficult in grad school, there are still things to celebrate. Plus, I'm in my thrid and final year and will be graduating a few months. :)
