Wow, well done. Me too, very lazy in body, though my mind is always active. It doesn't use quite so many calories though.

Congrats. Good Luck with the exercise. I count myself lucky to get in the following as daily exercise: empty and load the dishwasher, empty and load the washer/dryer, and most exhilarating of all scoop the litter pans.

Just do small spurts at a time. One or Two minutes of jogging in place spread through your day will jolt a "slugs" system.

Oooo, good job. and to you i say, from one lazy slug to another, Unite! pick up a free weight, a jump rope or a kettle bell or just take a hike! there's a better you on the other side! LOL! sorry, i'm in a goofy mood this evening. ;)

Since starting my daily exercises, my dang body wakes me up early and says "hey let's gooooo, come on". Now if I can only get it to sleep in on the weekends!!! WTG on next decade!
