thank guys! i will keep doing log and food log.. and i will do 30 days challenge:
no cheese, no sweeter, and no any dairy like cream cheese, nothing!
allowed to eat : eggs, any meats, any fresh seafoods
grass-feed butters, olive oil for cooking
plain coffee, plain hot green tea, and alot of water..
i find i have issues with carving sweeter like peanutbutter fatbomb i had ate few day ago . that cause i have troble to stop carving.. i was just cant stop eating them.. but now i did stopped it today.. so trw will be fresh start of 30 challenge diet to goal loose more weight =).. thank for your support!!! =)
