ugh busy all week, also didnt check my fatsecret for while.. my food is much same, but added with new kind meats like fish =)

my weight still up and downs in same weight from 217 to 220 all week.. X'D

my exercise not much.. just household, help working at farm =)
217.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

I went through that for about five years... 215-220 eventually peaking out at 232!!! 😱😬 It wasn't until I found a faster pace, more demanding job and stopped drinking for 2.5-3 months. Try finding something fun that makes you move without realizing it (for me..it was a job at Chuck E Cheese 😝 and then cut back on those surprisingly high calorie drinks such as alcohol or soda; just for a couple of weeks to allow your body to get the jump start. That push over the edge...the rest is all down hill, easy peasy after that 😌
