no loss no gain but I didnt expect one. Ive been off the wagon for weeks so its going to take more than one week of good behavior to get back to losing. I do however feel pretty lean and I feel like I owe that to the gym. The scale is just a number and I know that. Today at work we start our step contest on fit bit all thru the month of August. Ive already gotten in 7k before work and our office has two treadmill desks so Ive reserved my spot already. I hoping to get 12k a day (my goal is set at 10k on fit bit). I really want to start pushing myself again. Goals for the week : 1. Log everything. I want to start watching calories and carbs this week. 2. A gallon of water per day. 3. Quit doing things half a$$. Give every thing I do 100 %. 4. Make each day count.. Have a great day and a great week everyone ! August here! Just need to get thru this month and its pumpkin everything again !!
