Yes hcb. This is 50% of maintenance calories. Just finished the workout. I'll have to work up some to high reps. The book says if you feel light headed and like you're going to vomit, you did it right. I guess I did it right. :(

Bruce, I discovered this weekend that if I wanted to feel lightheaded and like I'm going to vomit, all I have to do is drink alcohol :) works very quickly with no effort :)
