fasting helps..but i already knew that... goooood mornin fs..i ate saturday morning an then since im in the IF beast mode challenge..decided sunday to keep on fasting..went into monday morning an couldnt decide whether to eat or fast..well decided to eat...cause i knew once the rain stopped id be on my bike again...was so foggy out this morning ..i left at 4am...could only see maybe 1/4 mile...but got my ride in an over with then came home..dried off changed clothes an headed off to walmart...havent ate yet today...thinkin of waiting and changing my eating times from one day to the next..so tummy and body doesnt get use to a regular time since im fasting 23 plus hours...seems to be a great way of shakin up the body and showing a loss for a change...

well..had my first cup of coffee...made a latte this morning after watchin butter bob on utube..tummy is growling...i think its hungry...but gonna make it growl alittle longer..lol..i hear you tummy...have a great day everyone...
