Thank y'all. I'm doing the Beast mode challenge, eating only one meal a day. I am cheating a bit with a little fat in my tea in the morning, - butter or cream. That has kept the hunger at bay, and it's actually been pretty easy. The weight loss seems to be good so far, these first few days.
