my weight are dropped back to 225 .. that great news.. =D. i only eat meal twice a day .. that cause my weight dropped easy than three meal a day.. and i still use low exercise due my tooth aches.. and i still just slow active in house for while until june 21 for my root canal fixing.. overall i am doing good! =)
