my weigh still same .. not bad at all.. and i i just have other appt for root canal next week.. my tooth pain is get better due change antiblic med.. it get alot better than few day ago.. and i not doing much exercise.. and i have eat meal twice a day cause due tooth issues, and i feel much better but still wobby and tiring from strong pain med, it very good pain med to manage my tooth pain!

hopefully in few week it will be workout to bounce back to my feet after those awful time! =)
229.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
