I have been on the HCG diet for one week as of tomorrow. I couldn't weigh myself while I was at the hot springs resort in San Luis Obispo. I am very thankful that I lost weight even though I totally cheated. They had a cheese plate waiting for me in my suite and a bottle of wine. Over the course of three days I ate all the cheese and drank most of the wine. That was in addition to the measly 500 calories I am allowed on this diet. But I still lost, so all is not lost! 500 calories is pretty slim I will admit, but it's not so bad. I think the daily hormone injections help with my appetite. Overall I am very happy with this diet.

The HCG diet worked for me. I lost almost 20lbs on it, and 3 years later, the weight is still off.
