my weight stalled due cold issues.. and i didnt exercise today i was just stay at home do housework.. my sore thoart is go away and still have cold from it.. and i had homemade lemon crud , by just 2 eggs 4 fresh lemon, and i read say 1 cup sweeter.. i think too much so i cut to 1/4 cup sweeter and 4 tablespoon grass-feed butter.. and cook it.. then put it in the freezer.. then i tried it it taste good! but just little sour but i like it cause it help my sore thorat much better! =)
i hopefully no more sore thorat , so i can go out more exercise outdoor with my boys at park at anywhere anytime! =)
