Woke at 203.2, down 2.6 from yesterday after a 713 calorie 5:2 IF ‘fasting’ day. Went out for a nice 1 hour and 48-minute walk to meet my six-mile daily goal. Came home to a 201.4 weigh in. Targeting 2028 calories today. UPDATE: Too many goodies from the local health food store and I ended at 2259 calories. Mostly fat, though! Lower cal tomorrow, to the tune of 1800 or so.
