my weight is much still same.. and i did check twice to make sure that my scale stay on that spot.. and yep it still 230.. =D.. i have super busy all day by driving 2 hour to cincinnati for just go to jungle jim super food store have so many healthy food and organic foods and coconut stuff for homemade breads =) it grain-free bread =D.. then i go back home in 2 hour driving then take break then i take other walking workout, then shopping again for my family's foods.. i am super tired and wore out today but still feel good that i didnt eat any fastfood bugers or frieds!.. only eat salads with grilled chicken from bruger king that is! =) that cause lunch is missed cause i driving all day due long dis from my home that why =)
