I love this diet and it's has only been two days. I don't feel like it's the end of the world when I can't eat certain things; instead I have so many choices that I am never hungry and always feeling satisfied. The extra workout is getting to my legs. I'm in so much pain; but the good kind. I feel liter and I haven't lost nothing but 2lbs, maybe it's a mind thing. My birthday is on the 24th of november I insist on loosing 21 lbs for my 21st Birthday. I went out and bought some cute tops size medium I didin't try them on but I know I have nothing to worry about.
