Looks like I'm stable here. Calipers are showing a crawling loss. A couple of my favourite Alan Parsons' songs. Hawkeye This one you may not like. It was essentially a precursor to Techno. It's addictive though. Vulture cultureThe same old sun

:) I'm not worried in the least. I don't care if it takes 3 months to lose the next 3% to hit 10%. Some would say I'm wasting time. I believe the gains on my non fasting day may simply displace fat weight for muscle weight. I'd love to do it that way. Thanks everyone.

I've heard that a crawling loss is much better than a stumbling gain, well done again!

I listened to all of the selections, I liked the beat of Hawkeye the best, which surprised me, because I tend to not enjoy techno. Thank you for sharing.

Hawkeye is one of my favourites too. I think it's because it's intricate but I don't have to think about it.

The analog sax in the middle of the synth stands out so well too.

I haven't heard any Alan Parson's Project for many years! I love synths, but I'm a guitar player. I am looking very hard at the new Boss SY-300. That may be my next music toy.... I think I will put Alan Parson's into Pandora tonight at work.

I play drums. How about a FatSecret Project?

Fingerstyle guitar here. In a style somewhere between country and classic rock. I'm no pro, we play free shows at Retirement homes -- But we play 6-8 shows a month, so it has been very good for my musicianship over the past 3 or 4 years.
