Wow, it finally happened! 2 pounds gone and 2 to go. I waited patiently for this loss, I didn't think it was ever going to happen. Lucky for me I didn't crack and go on an eating binge! I think it has been 4 weeks since I saw a significant loss. Thank you buddies for the encouragement, I think it really helped me keep my priorities straight.

It has been a while since I saw your name. I spent an entire year fighting the same five pounds...up and down...up and down and found myself at new years weighing exactly the same after a full year of trying and failing to make progress. Hang in there.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments. I know you have all been in the same spot a time or two. I have a sister who eats anything and everything and is still petite, the same tiny figure she had when she ran track in high school. I was never tiny, big build, but not fat. I always felt like a cow compared to her. I do get some satisfaction in seeing her daughter, she has a big build just like me!
