well I thought I would have done better on the scale. The chili and taco dip was heavy last night. I only had 1 c of chili and 1/2 c of taco dip with chips. Ok, looking at that - 1/2 c taco dip - looks like a lot. Well, everything in moderation. Today was a better day and I Got a workout in. I was going to just sit on couch and play on computer. but I turned on the beachbody on demand and got a cardio fix in. yeah me!!!!
