Wow two major league accomplishments total of 100 pounds lost and I'm actually under 210 which in my mind was one of those imaginary barriers even though yesterday was Christmas I did my normal routine of 125 sit ups 50 pushups a bunch of squats and more than 10,000 steps and this is my Christmas present one day late but welcomed
