Ever since I injured my right bicep distal tendon (two doctors visits so far, been referred to a sports ortho next)I have only been able to bench press and squat, no pulling or curling of any kind allowed, not that I'm able to do it anyways, I'm at about 25% strength in my right arm due to the pain. So without being able to lift 5-7 days per week like I was, its been hard to drop my eating habits, which is in turn making weight management a tough task. I'll get there. Docs are confident that my arm will be back at 100% after some therapy.
