well, i have been off of my plan for about a month or more, i have gained 1 pound, haven't kept track of my calories, haven't been logging my food.. i don't know what happened? i was doing so good and was so faithful, seemed like once i went off the path, i cant get back on.. i have been sticking to the low carbs but i have to get my act together..... so, here i am again........
