Down 2 pounds this week! This makes me so happy! While I am at my Mom's house it may be difficult to stay on Atkins, but I will definitely be watching the calories and staying on track. Leaving soon to go see how my stepdad is doing. It doesn't look good. There may be difficult decisions facing us.
