Woke at 210.8. Had a good day of eating at work. Did an omelet with bacon and cheese late in the morning and then didn’t eat again until I had two bags of 100 calorie nuts for a late lunch. Came home at 211.0. Did an hour of HIIT on the treadmill and got a 206.0. Up from my low of a few days ago, but I’ve also eaten a lot of carbs over the past few days. Still have the blue line, so I’m good!
