Woke at 206.4 and came home from work at 205.6. Did an hour on the treadmill and sweated buckets. Got a gratifying 200.6 weigh in for a new post-May low. Nailed my 1830 calorie target for the day AND I enjoyed five pieces of chicken crust pizza AND I got under 15 percent body fat! Life is good!
