OMW! This 0.7kg drop in weight gets me into the 117's at 117.6kg!!! I'm totally amazed and extremely happy with my weight loss journey :) Today I will start with tweaking my non-fast days and limit myself to 1800 calories. I am currently consuming about 9500 to 10 500 calories per week and I am curious to see what the weight loss will be like if I keep to around 9000 calories per week. I never thought that I could lose weight/fat without giving up eating curry & rice, potatoes, burgers, etc. :D I will be reducing carbs at a later stage but for now I'm not keeping to any ratio of carbs, fat or protein and that makes things very flexible and easy for me.
