Short walk last night, blob down, muscle up this morning. Foot is better, so taking it easy and building on slowly. Going to start a 30 day rowing challenge tomorrow night. Would have started today, but it’s almost 8PM and I’m just getting home from walking and all that nonsense. I think we’re going to do more strawberries with balsamic vinegar tonight.
