Salad 🥗, chicken 🐓, apple 🍎 and kiwi 🥝 for dinner 🍽️
97.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
