Banana 🍌, peanut butter and soy pulp bread for breakfast
Chicken salad and natto for lunch
Salad 🥗, lamb chop with tomato sauce, apple 🍎, kiwi 🥝 and nuts 🥜 for dinner
98.3 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
