Don’t like this number at all, but frozen veggie pizza, no long walk, long day at work on a Friday. Blob is down, water is up, muscle looks much better than it probably actually is. Played with the rower, but didn’t do a class, then it was dark and I went to bed. Weekend is grey this morning, hoping the sun breaks through at some point. FS is going to chastise me, I’m guessing.
I guess i should add for my own benefit that I pretty much didn’t eat all day and then when I finally had time, i was ravenous. It wasn’t a binge, per se, but out of my normal feeding behavior. Today, i have fish waiting for dinner. I’m supposed to go to the store so I’ll have fresh things to gnaw on rather than jelly bellies. I need to make a plan for the things that are stressing me out and I need to remember how to say “no” to certain requests. Once I’ve mastered that, we’re good to go, right? If only it were that easy. At least the kitchen is clean this morning.
