Tofu with cheese for breakfast
Salad with blue cheese, miso soup with koya-tofu for lunch
Salad with peanut, meat loaf and sautéed asparagus and shimeji, apple, kiwi and nuts for dinner

I guess too much cheese and nuts.
99.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
