Thanks! And I thought that maintenance was going to be very confusing. I believe the reason I have had such success in maintenance is because I had a realistic goal weight. Some people I know want to try to get down to what they weighed in high school or in their 20s. While it's good to reach for the stars you have to make your goals reasonable. And it's so funny because I'm actually in better shape now that I was in high school. Make your goal to be fit and healthy and try not to get too hung up on what number is on that pesky scale!

Love that - my goal also is to be fit and healthy and find that reasonable place. Right now the world will say I am obese based on weight and height but I can deadlift two 30lb weights! LOL
