Hahaha I gained 3.2 but lost 3.8 so its not so dramatic lol. The premenopause hormones are pretty rugged for me right now so I retain tons of water( and mood swings). Really Ive just been losing really S..L..O..W...but consistent. Just like most of you^^^

Nich - yes, I have a couple weeks of stall, then a down. I drink 12-16 cups of water daily and green tea. The biggest thing this week was dropping my carbs way down.
