Yesterday
Breakfast: Greek yogurt

Lunch: Stewed shimeji mushrooms and kabocha pumpkin 🎃, Abura-age (soybean curd) toast, Soy milk

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Kelp noodle
98.8 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
