Breakfast: Soybean bread with Peanut butter, Chocolate, Greek yogurt, Coffee jelly

Lunch: none

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Meatloaf, Super firm tofu, Natto, Strawberries 🍓
97.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
