It's frustrating as heck @Windy! Like, I could have ate fries for this! But that would be the worst thing to do. It's a lifestyle, not a diet.

On my stalls, out comes the measuring tape instead of scale, never failed!

How true, Phil! Especially when you're being good and exercising every day! All we can do is stick to it!

I mainly use my waist measurement to track my progress b/c it's the best indicator for my body type if I am healthy or not. I wish FatSeacret had a waist tracker.

"Stick out the stalls" - best advice for those who are struggling through one - or more. I wish I'd understood about stalls when I was a newbie.

I spend half my life on the plateau. As long as we stick with it and keep on track, it's all good. Sometimes the body just needs to catch up with itself.

Don’t lose faith, sometimes the wright loss slows down, but does eventually continue at a faster rate!

Do you have any wiggle room on calories? Otherwise you can only increase activity. That’s where I’ve been for the past year. Women aren’t supposed to drop below 1200, men are limited to 1500.

It's my birthday and nothing for a month. 4lbs from a major goal I was aiming for. Staying mind on commitment! Good stay Philrmcknight 😊
