I need to break this stall but doesn't look like it's going to happen soon. Vacation next week, and I'm going to enjoy myself! Then the next week is my hysterectomy. I'm going to incorporate walking while I heal and take time off work, to build that healthy habit without the distraction of 12 hour shifts. Then when cleared, lifting weights.
Seeing my PCP this AM and will discuss possible dose increase on Mounjaro. I'm on my 3rd box of 5mg. We'll see what she says.
