Breakfast: Skyer yogurt

Lunch: Super firm tofu, Canned sardines, Miso soup

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Croquette, Pork cutlets, Natto, Sautéed vegetables, Pineapples 🍍, Nuts 🥜

We purchased new salt & pepper cases.
98.8 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
