Hormones plain and simple. That and a piece of foccacia with sliced tomatoes basil and evoo after my workout last night. why am I visualizing some guy with a chart tracking all our TOM's lol? So he knows when to comment and when to just be quiet?! It's actually less of a gain than usual so I expect I will be down a little at weigh in Sunday.

I had a gain on the scale too but no reason for it. you have the right focus - the scale is not the best indicator of our progress so I won't sweat it since I am still shrinking!

Lol Gene. Nicholaix, you're not alone this week. It's my TOM too. I can tell I'm much more tense and cranky, especially since my daughter is close to turning <i> the terrible twos <i/>. Just remember to just keep motivated and relax. Stretching really helped me out this week, maybe you should try it. I know it sounds boring, but it definitely does help. I hope you do well with your weight loss.
