Lunch: Homemade Protein Bar, Beet Soup

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Sautéed Chicken and Veggies, Baked Salmon Belly, Nuts 🥜
98.3 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
