Breakfast: Homemade protein bar with almond butter, Skyer yogurt, Frozen banana 🍌

Lunch: Salad 🥗, Natto, Canned sardines

Dinner: Cold rice, Salad 🥗, Beat soup 🥣, Nuts 🥜
98.3 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
