Breakfast: Frozen banana 🍌, Homemade protein bar

Lunch: Salad with chicken salad

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Natto, Vegetable soup, Brie cheese, Sautéed chicken soft bones(Cartilage)*, Nuts 🥜
*You might think “That’s weird to eat them”, but there are lots of collagen.
97.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
