Completed Day #4 of increased Fiber, Protein and Water yesterday. Fiber: 31.7g; Protein: 105.16g; Water: 9 cups. (Diet Cokes: “only” 4 cans - hey, it’s an improvement!)
Got up at 1:15 this morning so I can get my walking and Pre-Surgery Exercises done before I have to pick up the grandkids at 8:15. Taking them to the pool today. Trying to fit in as many pool visits as I can before surgery!
Hope everyone has a good day. OH, it’s Thursday - gotta send out this week’s Challenge invitations. Better do that now, before I forget.

Cutting down is good. Sometimes I have to start something new that way, sometimes I go "cold turkey". Either way is good. I know starting a new way of doing things is tough, so congratulations on cutting down on Diet Coke. You are very dedicated to your exercise. That's wonderful. I'm just getting started again and it's boring, plus I really feel it, not being able to walk much in a year. But I'm grateful.
