Anne, I'm doing pretty good food wise. Eating lots of vegetables and protein. I like st 2 lbs but don't weigh again until Saturday. Thanks for checking on me!💜

I am so glad to hear that. Optimization of the gut microbiota is a road to good health. I believed that your dietician was right when she or he sent a list of vegetables to you. Most of vegetables are prebiotics which our gut normal bacteria need to work for us. Your immune system is becoming stronger, and you will be happier. 💖
