I ate breakfast, lunch and snack yesterday.
During the day, I did stretching using my body weight and 1 mile walking.
All of foods I ate was less sugar, rather lots of fats yesterday. Fats made me full so that I didn’t eat dinner.
98.3 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
